Personal, social, health and economic (PSHE) education

Personal, social, health and economic (PSHE) education is a planned program of learning opportunities and experiences that help children and young people grow and develop as individuals and as members of families and social and economic communities.

As part of a whole-school approach, PSHE education develops the qualities and attributes pupils need to thrive as individuals, family members and members of society. PSHE is also taught across the curriculum. However, there is a need to give it more attention. PSHE helps children to connect and apply the knowledge and understanding they learn in all subjects to practical, real-life situations while helping them to feel safe and secure enough to fulfill their academic potential.

This term, we treated sleeping, controlling stress and healthy goals setting for older children, sex, and our generation. Mrs. Hannah Abrahams Appiah, a destiny coach, engaged the children on Destiny changing choices. It was very interesting and impactful.
