DIS recently celebrated our graduation under the theme “Educate to Elevate: Leaving a Legacy” Our theme, “Educate to Elevate: Leaving a Legacy,” reminds us of the true power of learning. Education is not just about memorizing facts or passing exams. It's about lifting ourselves — and others — to new heights. It's about becoming better thinkers, kinder individuals, and more responsible global citizens.
The science teacher of the school, Mr. Addisson Reyes-Tetteh, organised a science quiz for the Basic 7 students. It was very competitive and Ms. Millicent Effah was declared the winner, followed by Ebo Jason Davis and Diona Addison. The most promising science student award was received by Edna Toulassi.
